The vocal music classes at Christian Heritage School aim to provide students with opportunities to enhance their musicianship and sensitivity through participation and performances in both large and small group settings.

  • The large choir welcomes general participation.
  • Smaller ensembles require auditions or appointments for entry.

The curriculum will explore a variety of vocal music genres, ranging from the Renaissance to contemporary styles. Key components of the class include:

  • Vocal techniques
  • Music reading skills
  • Elements of music history

The primary objective is to introduce students to diverse styles of choral singing, allowing them to perform in concerts both on and off campus, while encouraging all members to worship the Giver of Life and the source of our talents.
