The Instrumental Music Department at Christian Heritage School welcomes all students in grades 4 through 12. The performing groups include:
- Lower School Bands
- Middle School Bands
- High School Symphonic Band
- High School Jazz Band
The main goal of these ensembles is to introduce students to significant works from the wind band repertoire while fostering their musical intellect, skills, and expression within a group setting. In band, students will progressively demonstrate their ability to perform on an instrument with both accuracy and artistry. Each participant will also gain a solid understanding of written musical notation. Ultimately, band students will experience joy and fulfillment through the collaborative process of music-making, connecting them to the Creator of all things beautiful.
