This past weekend two students from our Model Congress elective, Katie Coburn and Jessie Larson, represented CHS at Yale Model Congress, participating in activities focused on law and government. Highlights included: - Reversing a historical Supreme Court decision as attorney respondents. - Judging various real-life cases like Morse v. Frederick and Madison v. Alabama. - Engaging in discussions with peers passionate about law and government. The girls also explored New Haven’s restaurants, making the experience enjoyable and memorable.
